Biographical Information

Born, 5 November, 1952, Independence Missouri.

Graduated University of Missouri at Kansas City, Conservatory of Music, 1975, Bachelor of Arts, Vocal Music.

I'm an author, singer, composer, actress, who has no dull moments. I live in a slightly haunted farmhouse in Williams Bay, Wisconsin, with cats Tabirika Onyx, Syrannis Moonstone, and Baron Figaro di Shannivere, surrounded by rocks, music, and dusty books.
My published works include more than three dozen short stories in science fiction, fantasy, horror, and mystery anthologies . When not writing fiction, I write non-fiction feature articles for "The Beacon" newspaper in Williams Bay and Lake Geneva's At The Lake Magazine and other local publications. I'm an avid people-watcher, and also like to invent tasty recipes, enjoy good wine, read, listen to music, watch good movies, exercise, play with my companions, observe local wildlife, and fill the role as the neighborhood's most atypical resident.

Here is how I first got started writing.
